Children under six be denied access to 3D films, computers and video games. Not only that, those up to 13 should have "moderate" access. This is what a French health organization called ANSES suggested earlier. ANSES said: "ANSES recommends that children under six, whose eyes and visual senses are still developing, should not be exposed to 3D technologies, and that use by children under 13 be moderate," When watching a 3D presentation on screen, the eyes are required to look at images in two different places at the same time. After this, the images are then combined into one within the brain. "In children, and particularly before the age of six, the system of combining visuals seen by both eyes is still developing, and if they watch 3D, it could damage the development of their visual senses It is not only ANSES that has raised concerns about 3D movies in children. Italy's health ministry has asked to restrict the use of 3D glasses by young children.
