This Week in World News. Hilary Clinton makes a historic visit to Laos. She is the first United States high-ranked official to visit Laos in 57 years. Many people were killed by bombs dropped by the U.S. during the Vietnam War.

Annotation: More bombs were dropped onto Laos, than Germany & Japan combined during World War II.

Earlier in the week, 3 Chinese boats patrolled the islands in East China Sea. Japan protested in response. This started a long-time argument again. For years, China and Japan have been arguing over who the islands belong to. This is because the islands have plenty of fish for fishermen, and mineral resources too. In Tech and Science News. What if you could charge your cellphone with what you're wearing? You heard that right. Researchers at University of South Carolina have invented a t-shirt, which can store electricity and charge your devices!  The t-shirt can recharge up to thousands of times. Soon you can charge your phone wherever you go! In Entertainment News. Dreamworks is set to build a brand new theme park in New Jersey! It will feature your favourite characters like Shrek and Kung Fu Panda. Plans also include indoor sky-diving, a live theatre and many more. We can't wait! That's all we have time for today.
