Bindi- the jungle girl gets an award

Remember, Bindi the jungle girl? Bindi Irwin is the daughter of late Steve Irwin, who was also known as the 'Crocodile Hunter' because of his work with crocodiles and nature.  Bindi shares the same passion of conservation with her father, and has done a lot of work for nature conservation efforts along with her mother. For her efforts, Bindi received a medal for the young conservationist of the year during Australian Geographic Society Awards. The Australian Geographic Society has given the award to Bindi for her role in the communication of ideas and action on global wildlife conservation. Well done, Bindi!
