In the bustling town of Shanghai, amid the concrete jungle, it welcomed a kitty, of mammoth size in terms of its followers and fans! Hello Kitty had opened its first ever themed restaurant in Shanghai!
After the opening of Hello Kitty Restaurant in Hong Kong and her Hello Kitty Theme Park in Zhejiang province, this little kitty is set to conquer Shanghai with its variety of food with its famed kitty design(s).
However, this is, not Shanghai's first encounter with Hello Kitty! There was a Hello Kitty house built in Shanghai too. From its décor, to its themed rooms and food, its Hello Kitty everything!
Located in a mall along Nanjing Road off Henan Road, the eatery is on the second storey while the first storey houses the endless ramge of Hello Kitty merchandise. Even their waitress too wear a big red bow on her hair!
With endless comments on how cute the food is, one “complaint” from customers that it will be too hard to eat the food as it is simply too cute to “kill” it!
Hello Kitty Bistro Bianco opened its doors in late January this year. It is said to be undergoing a “trial period”. For all the Hello Kitty fans in Shanghai, now you can have your kitty and eat it too!
