He ran a 100 meters race, but it is unbelievable what he wants to do next
“You’re never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.”-famous writer C.S. Lewis (who also wrote the Narnia series) once said. And a fine and living example of this quote is a person who is also called Japan’s Golden Bolt: 103-year-old Japanese sprinter, Mr. Hidekichi Miyazaki. Mr. Hidekichi managed to complete a men’s 100m dash in less than 30 seconds at a Japan Masters Athletics competition in Kyoto this month.
What's the secret of his health?
“I have a small body, so I don't really have a particular secret. However, I pay attention to what I eat,”said Mr. Hidekichi as he was interviewed. He also revealed another secret weapon: his daughter’s tangerine jam! And that’s not all! Unbelievably, Mr. Hidekichi plans to never stop setting higher goals to himself, and he aims to break the record in the 105-109 years old category in the next five years.
