The 200 year old festival is called Concurs de Castells and it takes place every other October in the city of Tarragona. Hundreds of participants (called castellers) form human towers up to 10 stories high! They say that building a human tower requires  força, equilibri, valor i seny (strength, balance, courage and common sense). The strongest, heaviest men make up the foundation and a surrounding safety net in case a casteller falls. A child (called the enxaneta) is usually on the top of a castell. He or she wears a helmet for safety. The PINK Eiffel Tower!
