Is this a spider goat?! In the picture, you can see an amazing female Alpine Ibex, (a species of wild goat that lives in the mountains of the European Alps) with her young one climbing the walls of a dam. She is licking stones of the dam's walls. This dam is 2200 m high and is situated at lake Cingino near Antrona Piana in Italy.
