Do you like to travel? Going to a new place where you can experience different weather, culture and food is very exciting!

However, Martin Frey went beyond exciting! He had been on an adventure for the last 11 years! Taking him across continents and over oceans and maybe even into the Guinness Book of World Record!

It all started when he climbed Mount Kilimanjaro. Four years later, he conquered Alaska's Denali. That was when he get the idea to scale the highest summits in every continent! He then set off to tackle the summits one by one. South's America's Mount Aconcagua, Asia's Mount Everest, Europe's Mount Elbrus and Oceania's Carstensz Pyramid and finally Antarctica's Mount Vinson in 2012.

Two months later, he decided to sail the 7 seas! He started in 2013, with North Atlantic, sailing from Gibraltar to Saint Martin then onto South Pacific. Next will be Southern Ocean and then Arctic Ocean. Finally onto North Pacific Ocean which he finished on 17 April, ending his 7 seas adventure!

This makes Martin Frey, possibly to be the first man to scale 7 summits and sail 7 oceans! What a great adventure that can be told and retold again!
