What do you do with chocolate? You would probably pop it into your mouth and eat it, right? Well, not Mr Patrick Roger. He is no ordinary chocolatier. He is also a sculptor. Do you know what he uses to create his wonderful works of art? You guessed it - CHOCOLATE!
Mr Roger is not satisfied just selling chocolate. He also likes to shape them into sculptures that weigh up to 80 kilograms each. He works in his "magic laboratory" to create wonderful life-size chocolate sculptures that are displayed in shop windows. Mr Roger is known around the world for his sculptures and even tries to add a message into his work, such as politics or environmental issues.
His chocolate sculptures are only for display though. As delicious as they look, they are not for eating. We are just curious about one thing though - what does he do with his sculptures when they are no longer being displayed?
